Willowood USA announced today that the company has hired a new Manager to assist with the sales growth of their rapidly expanding rice portfolio in the Mid-South geography.

“The Willowood USA team is excited to announce the addition of Mr. Ronnie Woodall as our Delta Account Manager,” stated Casey Daniel, Willowood USA’s National Accounts Manager. “Ronnie is filling a much needed role in our organization and we are excited by having a person of his experience join our organization,” added Daniel.

Mr. Woodall has a vast array of field experience in the AgChem industry with an emphasis on products sold in rice. Ronnie started his AgChem career with Stauffer Chemical in 1975 selling products in Arkansas. A graduate of Henderson University, Ronnie’s chemistry degree came in handy as he was instrumental in introducing propanil herbicide into the rice markets in the MidSouth (1991) as well as California (1996). His career continued with other AgChem companies such as Cedar Chemical, RiceCo and most recently United Phosphorus.

“Ronnie and I got to know one another while we were at UPI,” stated Daniel. “He is known as the “go to guy” on rice products with his vast knowledge in that market. We are excited to have Ronnie on our team as we continue to sell and grow the Willowood portfolio of products into the Delta rice markets.”

Ronnie will office out of his home in Arkansas and can be reached at ronniew@willowoodusa.com.
